St. George's is "home" to approximately 10 independent community groups that meet here regularly, and they welcome interested newcomers! Some of our groups have provided us with some brief information about themselves, along with contact details if you would like to find out more!
Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is a Martial Art taught to increase physical fitness. It helps with stress reduction and health meditation. It is meant for self defence as well as self discipline and self control. We meet on Monday and Wednesday nights. Children 5 to 14 start at 6:30 and the adult class starts at 7:30.

Live Fitness: Total Body Conditioning Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a total body conditioning class for both men and women and is designed to keep you motivated and take your exercise program to the next level. If you are tired of the same old workout then this program is for you! No matter your size, age or level of fitness, this class is designed with modifications in mind so whether you are a beginner or hardcore athlete you will be challenged and every class is different! During our 4-week programs you will experience cardio circuits, intervals, agility drills, obstacles as well as strength/resistance training.

The Guelph Stamp Club (Members of GRVPA & RPSC)
We are over 30 members serving the local stamp collecting community. We meet at St. George's on the first and third Wednesdays of the month from September through May, and on the third Wednesdays in June, July and August.
